Ravi is the CEO of Sysprove Consulting. He is a business process and IT professional with over 25 years of experience. Ravi has worked with global organisations in manufacturing, logistics, banking, finance, education and healthcare, his experience crossing both government and private sectors. Immediately prior to founding Sysprove, Ravi was the Head of Information Systems at GARMCO, a large aluminium manufacturing company in the Middle East and its global subsidiaries.
Ravi is a Chartered Engineer with an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in the UK, specialised in technology strategy and project management. He is a member of the British Computer Society (BCS), the Chartered Institute for IT. Ravi also has a range of technical certifications, including ITIL® Service Manager – Expert, COBIT® Implementer & Assessor, SABSA® Chartered Security Architect – Foundation Certificate (SCF).
Nadeem is a Director at Sysprove Consulting. He has extensive experience in customer relationship management and business development. His experience includes working at Oracle Corporation on their Oracle CRM applications consultancy.
Nadeem has considerable experience as a business technology consultant, assisting companies to manage operations more efficiently, maximize customer value and generate increased revenue through the deployment of flexible solutions. He has worked closely with partners in government, as well as with private enterprises in the energy, banking and financial sectors.
Nadeem has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Bahrain, and a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Aslam is a Senior Consultant with nearly three decades of experience in business processes and information technology. He has a wealth of experience in production planning, process improvements, and systems design in multiple domains, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality control, financial systems, sales and marketing.
Aslam has worked with global organisations such as IBM in business process and technology consulting roles. A passionate lean practitioner, Aslam is actively involved in researching methods to transform business processes. Use of lean principles in manufacturing and IT is one of his key focus areas.
Aslam is a Project Management Professional (PMP®), PRINCE2® certified, a certified BPM Practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt holder.
Seema is an experienced risk management professional with over 25 years in the banking (financial services) industry. Her banking experience spans trading in fixed income securities to credit expertise and risk management. Seema is proficient in instituting new procedures in an evolving business climate, and is a seasoned practitioner in implementing and sustaining enterprise-wide risk management, internal control, and governance frameworks. She has worked on strategy development, alignment of organisational business processes with overall corporate strategy as well as business continuity functions for small to medium sized enterprises as well as in the financial industry.
Seema has an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, UK and is certified as an ISO 22301 Lead Auditor.
Shereen has extensive experience in Information Security Governance, IT Governance, Process Re-Engineering, Digital Strategy, IT Policies and Procedures. She has worked with both government and private sector organisations from multiple domains providing consultancy in a number of disciplines. Shereen has assisted a number of organisations to prepare and achieve ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 certification. She has worked on a number of client assignments while building her knowledge and expertise in Business Process and Technology consulting skills.
Shereen has a B.Sc. in Information Systems from the University of Bahrain. She is a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA®) and has obtained a number of technical certifications including SABSA® Chartered Security Architect – Foundation Certificate (SCF), COBIT Foundation, ITIL® Foundation, and an ISO 27001 & 22301 Lead Auditor.
Mohammed is an accomplished Information Technology Management professional with over 35 years of experience in the energy and banking sectors. His vast experience spans in strategy development and implementation, business analysis, business process management, infrastructure and operations management and project management.
During his career Mohammed has worked with large and reputed organisations including The Bahrain Petroleum Co. (Bapco), Ahli United Bank and as the CIO/IT Director at Bahrain Islamic Bank.
Mohammed is proficient in ITIL® IT Service Management, Project Management and Change Management.
A qualified Chemical Engineer, Yaqeen has extensive experience in process improvement. She has worked on a number of assignments to re-engineer business processes and define the strategic, operational and engineering policies & procedures. An outside-the-box strategic thinker, she always has an innovative approach to business challenges.
Yaqeen received her Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Bahrain. She also has completed a number of technical certifications including Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) and ITIL 4 Foundation.
