Focused on the occupational health and safety of workers, the ISO 45001 aims towards identifying a structured approach for organizations to commit to the safety and well-being of their field workers. This standard builds on the earlier ISO standard known as OHSAS 18001.
Our approach consists of working closely with the organisation to realize value of the standard as well as prepare for certification.
Our methodology emphasizes on the 8th ‘clause “Operation” that covers the establishment of operational processes and controls focused on hazards, risks, changes, and emergencies.
We perform the following activities to ensure full compliance with the ISO 45001 standard:
Understanding the context of the organisation
Identification of gaps related to the standard in terms of process and documentation
Review and updates to current processes through identification of areas of improvement with focus on health and safety operations
Documentation of processes and ISO 45001 requirements
Supporting the client with performing an internal audit
Handholding client through implementation and closing of audit findings
Supporting the client with the ISO 45001 certification audit and performing corrective action to close identified non-conformities.
